Fact 1: Celebrate 75 years of fame since 1945

There were just 600 units produced that had a Sony PlayStation 2, which also doubles as a DVD player, 10 audio and video CD converters, 2 front integrated LCD monitors, a 12-liter heat sink, and a 130-degree rearview camera. Fact 6: Owns the British luxury car brand Jaguar Land Rover
In 1999, Ratan Tata and his team went to Ford to sell their car business but were turned down. However, nine years later in 2008, during the global financial crisis, Ford was on the verge of bankruptcy. Tata Motors Ltd. bought their Jaguar Land Rover business for $2.3 billion.
Fact 7: India’s first sports car named RACEMO
Under the sub-brand TAMO emblem, the company built India’s first limited-series sports car of only 250 copies and called it RACEMO. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just six seconds! This car is also the first Indian car to appear in Microsoft Forza Horizon 3.
Fact 8: The backbone of Indian army vehicles
In addition to commercial and passenger cars, Tata Motors Ltd. is India’s leading defense company. The company has been supplying combat vehicles to the Indian army for decades. The Tata Sumo was purposely built in 1994 for the Indian Army for military purposes and off-road transportation. Sumo is named after Sumant Mulgaokar, a former doctor from Tata Motors.

Fact 10: They created the most expensive version of their cheapest car in the world
To celebrate 5,000 years of jewelry-making tradition in India, they partnered with Titan Industries to create a version of the Tata Nano for 22 rupees! The body of the car consists of 80 kg of solid 22-carat gold, 15 kg of silver, precious stones such as diamonds and rubies, and other precious stones.
